<p>Known as the &#8216;lovely muscles&#8217;, Andrea offers below eight of their favorite tips, usually reserved exclusively for his celebrity clientele to start your 2011 in a healthier way:</p>
<p><strong><span id="more-383"></span>The sandwiches are a hard habit to break &#8230; So do not miss out!</strong></p>
<p>It is important to always keep healthy snacks around to avoid eating fattening cookies and candy that will haunt for most of the holiday season. When I have much craving a snack, I&#8217;m a big fan of &#8216;popchips&#8217;. Have less than half the fat than regular potato chips and in fact I love its flavor, unlike baked potatoes. I like to think of as my pass popchips parole!</p>
<p><strong>Drink water!</strong></p>
<p>We know you hear this throughout the year, but it is especially important that you do during this time of year. With the temperature dropping and the heat inside the home, make sure you do not become dehydrated. The water not only suppresses appetite and helps digestion, but also a remedy for headaches and moisturizes your skin to reduce signs of aging.</p>
<p><strong>Watch your alcohol consumption</strong></p>
<p>Did you know that alcohol contains almost the same calories and fat per gram? Not to mention, is extremely high in sugar when mixed with some soda or juice. If alcoholic beverages are unavoidable, try to mix them with seltzer or diet soda.</p>
<p><strong>Leave the house!</strong></p>
<p>Gives a walk, go skating, or even go shopping. Any extra activity helps, so even a walk of 10 minutes before serving dinner. This is also a great season for map cabinets in family activities, keep fit and spend quality time together. Build a snow fort, organize a battle of snowballs or try the latest version of a game of &#8216;fitness&#8217; in which everyone can participate. Basically: if you burn more calories having fun!</p>
<p><strong>Do not skip meals</strong></p>
<p>It is tempting to skip a meal to enjoy food more plentiful this holiday season. Do not forget the empty stomach rule-if you&#8217;re dying of hunger, the rational side of your mind will not be willing to eat the healthier options. Make small meals throughout the day and avoid going crazy at the buffet table, or eat a lighter lunch to enjoy a heavier meal.</p>
<p><strong>Edit your favorite desserts.</strong></p>
<p>Replace high-calorie ingredients for other low-calorie foods, you will literally save thousands of calories from fat and sugar during the holiday season. For example: replace the fattening dip in the store you bought one prepared with reduced-fat sour cream or low fat yogurt. &gt;&gt; At parties &#8230; To eat nuts!</p>
<p><strong>Be Active</strong></p>
<p>It is tempting to stop doing your regular exercises as preparations for the holidays you eat, but now more than ever, you need to stay active. Reduce your workout time to a single round of cardio and weights together. One minute intensive movement, as a combined jumping squats. It&#8217;s amazing how you can benefit your body in just 12 minutes of movement. Replaces the duration with intensity!</p>
<p><strong>Choose the size of your plate wisely</strong></p>
<p>Use a smaller plate, place greens in it and stay away from the buffet table. As they say, out of sight, out of mind. Use these meetings to talk with friends and family will probably have a blast and forget grandma&#8217;s cookies.</p>
