The squat exercise is a classic if there ever was when working legs, but can be very damaging if we speak of the knee, if we do not care when doing so. It is important to know that not only the squat is what we must do to work the leg, as this rule of thumb many people with chronic knee injuries can not do leg exercises anymore. To perform this exercise we have to do is equip with two dumbbells to hold them as a dead weight on both sides of our body. The form will grab them with your palms inward so arms are only a subject, never the way to raise the burden of these dumbbells.
