<p>Assessing <strong><a href="http://www.cubscoutorganizer.com/category/weight-loss-tips/weight-loss-programs">the psychological skills</a> </strong>and <strong><a href="http://www.cubscoutorganizer.com/tag/weight-loss">physical fitness and the health of players and athletes</a></strong>, no one expected to find something in common between these two groups of people who seem so different, but to the surprise of many gamers have much in common with the athletes, although it&#8217;s not just their health or physical fitness, as we suppose.</p>
<p>The reaction rate, the ability to regulate anxiety and mental skills of gamers were very similar to those of the great athletes, therefore, here we find a great similarity to visual and mental agility that allows them to reflexes to certain circumstances.</p>
<p>However, in my view, the differences between players and <strong><a href="http://www.cubscoutorganizer.com/tag/diet">athletes outweigh the similarities</a></strong>, because although we all know that gamers are not as physical fitness of athletes, their health was much worse than expected , as in the case of a player of 20 years, their aerobic capacity was similar to that of a 60-year-old, sedentary smoker.</p>
