Phaseolamin: Is Really Effective for Losing Weight?

According to studies, we can say that phaseolamin can be of great help to lose weight. In fact has been proven to reduce absorption of starch calories by up to 66% or so. Making it a suitable tool for those who consume a lot of starch in your diet: bread, pasta, cereals, potatoes, etc. The recommended dose is between 500 and 1500 mg before each meal rich in starch.
But beware, it is one thing that helps, and another that makes magic. The phaseolamin reduces the absorption of complex carbohydrates, but not eliminate them. In fact the most sensible, healthy and economical eating phaseolamin not, but try to eat less foods high in complex carbohydrates. Now, with this study, we demonstrate that reducing fat, especially saturated, and increasing the proportion of carbohydrates as well as being good for the heart, seems to promote weight loss.
