Sleep Can Help Lose Weight

One sometimes expects more things and I expected more from the owner. I held for you to understand me. When one reads, has been shown that sleep helps you lose weight, one gets excited, thinking you’ll read something new, surprising and extremely complex. But no. Read the following:
A study by researchers at the University of Michigan (USA) has revealed that the more sleep a person most likely to lose weight.
How can such a thing happen, it is easy: replace one hour of inactivity for an hour of sleep, reduces the opportunities a person to eat during the day, thus reducing their daily calorie intake.
For example, according to Michael Savak (head of the Human Factors Division of the Transportation Research Institute at the University of Michigan), a person who sleeps seven hours and consumes 2,500 calories during the remaining 17 hours they are awake, it could cut 147 calories if you slept an hour instead of watching television. Slimming in this way, something like about 6 kilos per year.
Now, as these researchers did not know that we do not eat when we sleep? For excluding a case of “sleepwalking eater”, I gave it as a fact, and did not need a study to test. At the end of the day, say that when we sleep lost weight, is not it basically the same as saying we do not eat when lost weight?
I honestly expected more from the holder, the study assumed that was going to surprise me with new information as it is generated by sleeping a substance that burns calories or something wonderful. But, basically I find this study so obvious, like trying to see if when we have our hands tied and mouths covered with tape, thinner.
