Want to lose weight quickly? One option you have is to opt for the diet of cantaloupe. This fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C, carotene, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and sulfur. The calorie content of this diet is over 1200 calories. It will be a good option for weight loss and prevent the same time we lack energy.

You should take this diet for a week following these guidelines:

For breakfast: 1 cup cooked rice without salt + 1 teaspoon soy sauce + green tea or herbal tea without sugar.

For lunch: 200 grams of salad vegetables. Salad variants may be:

  • Cucumber, tomato, onion, 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cucumber, tomato, cabbage, onion, green leaves and lemon juice
  • Cucumber, cooked beet greens, carrots, garlic, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sour cream.

You can then choose the main dish that most prefer:

  • Cooked fish
  • White meat or chicken
  • Curd
  • One egg, lightly cooked over an infusion of apple or pear

For dinner: Melon. You should eat 1 kg of melon by 30 kg of your weight.

There are some rules of the diet of melon you must meet: Do not eat sugar or potatoes, or even flour-based foods. Sweets are not allowed. Finally, keep in mind that when eating melon can not be combined with other food.
