Then, after a week, you can start eating only fruits for another week. For example, you can make the papaya in the morning, noon, pineapple and apples or all of these fruits at night. From the third week, may begin to have a low calorie diet with grains and vegetables.
Here is another remedy for losing weight. Only a handful of roasted barley seeds are ground to a powder form. Mix with a little honey and milk and make a thick paste. You can take it every day throughout the morning with breakfast. Or, have ten basil leaves and extract juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of honey in water and add the juice on it and has for a month.
The cabbage is thought to promote weight loss because it contains tartaric acid which helps in reducing the conversion of carbohydrates into fat. You can even have the raw tomato juice and add a little honey in it to lose weight. Many people believe that eating two ripe tomatoes for breakfast also promotes weight loss.
Vitamin C has proven effective for weight loss. Thus, orange drink, lemon juice and dark green leafy vegetables daily.
