More and more we focus on concern for beauty and health of our body because it is important and we want to look good. To achieve these results we look to many diets and increasingly leaving more options for all tastes, sometimes better health and others which if done without supervision of a physician, rather worse health.
The dissociated diet to lose weight is one of these diets have been created to improve digestion but also to lose weight better and faster. This is not to bind carbohydrates with proteins. That is, we can not eat a dish with rice, potatoes, pasta or bread, accompanied by beef, chicken, fish, eggs, or any other protein.
The basis of this diet is that we can not link these food groups in one meal because for the body needs to digest different pH in the stomach, and therefore create problems such as heartburn and it becomes more difficult, which also produce weight gain.
