beverly hills dietBelow is the plan for three weeks of the Beverly Hills diet. Remember to consult with your doctor before starting this or any other diet and to weigh the pros and cons of the scheme you choose to lose weight.

FIRST WEEK
, Beverly Hills Diet:

• Monday: Morning and afternoon: pineapple. On the night: 2 bananas (bananas).
• Tuesday: Morning and afternoon: pear or melon. At night: mango or melon.
• Wednesday: Morning: pear or melon. At noon and night: pineapple.
• Thursday: Morning, noon and night: melon, watermelon or strawberries.
• Friday: Breakfast: 2 bananas (bananas), lunch: 250 gr. dried apricot, and evening: grapes.
• Saturday: Breakfast: 250 gr. of almonds Lunch: strawberries; At night: 2 bananas or bananas.
• Sunday: melon or apple in the three meals. (more…)

Beverly Hills Diet is a popular diet created by Judy Mazel and Michael Wyatt in 1982. It was initially known as the fruit diet, as these have a leading role in the scheme designed to lose weight.

Beverly Hills Diet is based, according to its creators, that fruit enzymes accelerate the burning of large deposits of fat and extra protein, although this idea has not been scientifically proven.

One of the basic principles of the Beverly Hills diet is not mix proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as this causes digestive disorders and produces overweight, stress, depression, lack of energy, dull skin and hair, among others. (more…)
