An exercise to work the legs when we are resentful knee

the legsThe knee is a delicate part of the body, because it holds the most tension throughout the day, as are those that support our entire weight. It is important that your knees always bear in mind when exercising, as it can go badly affected. Despite this, many times we often feel trouble of overloading in this part. When this happens we do is to stop training legs. To prevent this from happening we will show an exercise that respects the knee.

The squat exercise is a classic if there ever was when working legs, but can be very damaging if we speak of the knee, if we do not care when doing so. It is important to know that not only the squat is what we must do to work the leg, as this rule of thumb many people with chronic knee injuries can not do leg exercises anymore. For them, we propose an alternative.

To perform this exercise we have to do is equip with two dumbbells to hold them as a dead weight on both sides of our body. The form will grab them with your palms inward so arms are only a subject, never the way to raise the burden of these dumbbells. This position will make a simple movement which is what will allow us to train the legs without forcing the knee.

Starting from the front give a stride forward with one leg bent at the knee. In this position, and always holding the weights, which we will bend the hips back to try to get up. To do so we will do is raise the rear by the action of the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. In this way we will rise and return to the initial position to repeat this action again.

It is important to take into account throughout the year, the importance of not forcing the knee and concentrate the whole thrust of exercise on the part of the buttocks, quadriceps and hamstrings, as this way we can get a good tone in this part and thus strengthen the knee area without the latter is involved in the exercise.
